Alberta was always a strong, straight-forward, giving woman. Alberta was hard-working and a dedicated worker.
She was a mom to me when I needed one. She & Lou opened their home to me and my oldest son, where we lived for 2 years. She gave me counsel and guidance during some hard times. Her grandchildren loved her & looked forward to seeing her smile and laughed when she'd say, "Well, By-Joe,...". I always knew she'd be there for us, if we ever needed anything. Though we go through changes and tough times, we learn who truly cares for us and Alberta was one of those people in my life.
My sincere condolences to her children, grandchildren, her family, friends and long-time caregivers. May God comfort them and fill them with the peace that ONLY He can provide.
We love you, and will miss your smile, Alberta
Becky & Nick

I have known Alberta for more than 45 years, I worked with her at Copeland for a short time, kept in contact with her for a long time after, in fact sold her a house on Riverside Dr. She was a super powered woman who loved her family. Enjoyed talking to her when I lived in Piqua, would run into her occasionally somewhere, we would stop and talk , laugh and will always remember her great personality. Please accept my thoughts and prayer to her family.
